TSSC, ESSCI and NIELIT are Key Implementing Agency (KIA) for this scheme and their registered Training Partners (TPs) finally gives training to end beneficiaries (candidates). 73 courses had been proposed by DeitY, basically from Electronics, Telecommunication and IT sectors.
