Mr. Waseem Ashraf is responsible for providing a strategic vision to KASHISH in ensuring that the team moves cohesively in one direction toward achievement of the Prime Minister’s Skill India Mission. Mr. Waseem Ashraf also represents KASHISH at domestic and international platforms . He is also the official spokesperson for KASHISH. Waseem Ashraf is a Managing Director with a rich experience of managing statuary and day-to-day legal processes of an organization at different levels.He is also responsible for ensuring all the regulatory compliance and communicating the same to the respective stakeholders.

Mr. Shahnawaz Chowdhary represents the voice of industry in the skill development sector and supports various initiatives such as reforms, capacity building and operational effectiveness in KASHISH’s skilling eco system. Mr. Shahnawaz Chowdhary is also responsible for optimum utilization and efficient monitoring of various resources available within the organization.

Syed Firdous Ahmad. is a Secretary, having more than 7 years of work experience across different industries/sectors. His main role is to ensure all financial and other processes are in place, resulting in smooth functioning of the organization at all levels.

Mr. Shakeel Ahmed is the Head of Strategy and Programme Development team at KASHISH. His role at KASHISH involves new business opportunities in the skills space. He is also responsible for managing State engagements and developing the research base for skills at KASHISH.

Mr Sundeep Bhat heads the operational and managing team at KASHISH. Heand his teamleads partnerships with corporates, public sector enterprises, industry associations and government agencies to setup demand-driven greenfield skill development institutes and upgrade brownfield ones, Theirguidiness and support are used by the Educational and Training setups tobuild . In addition he and his team works in the projects approved by theCentral Ministries, State Governments, State School Boards Universities, and Various other Skill Missions.
